This gas oven mainly used for drying after printing or coating on
the surface of metal sheets. The whole line is mainly composed of
conveying, feeding device, drying, cooling, unloading and
accumulation. The main heating energy can be applied: electricity,
city gas, petroleum liquefied gas, natural gas, diesel oil,
kerosene, coal-fired hot stove and other energy sources can also be
used. Imported PLC and frequency conversion controller are adopted
to realize shaftless transmission to ensure the synchronization of
feeding, printing, unloading, receiving and conveying. The front
and rear transmissions are closed and beautiful in shape. Unloading
protection, conveyor chain tensioning, and metal sheet alignment
are all realized by pneumatic control.
